Return Policy
SECUPRO offers a 15-day 100% money back guarantee (minus shipping) for all un-opened un-installed products. Simply send the un-opened product back for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
There will be at least 25% restocking fee for all opened or installed products. No refunds after 15 days from purchase date, only exchanges for the same product if product has factory defect.
All OEM products are NOT subject to cancellations or returns due to the nature of the product.
SECUPRO will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned products at SECUPRO'S discretion.
Any return must be authorized by a representative of SECUPRO, consumer must obtain an RMA number before products are returned.
To insure that you’re returned merchandise gets properly and quickly processed. Please make sure that your RMA # is clearly marked on your package. Preferably on the shipping label. If we receive a returned product without RMA #, the product will be returned to sender.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned items safely reach SECUPRO. All products must be returned in the original packaging. SECUPRO is not liable for any items lost or damaged in shipping! It is advised that you purchase shipping insurance from your shipping service.
Any defective item must be returned to SECUPRO before a replacement will be issued!
Warranties
All SECUPRO products come with a 2 years warranty unless otherwise stated.
We guarantee all SECUPRO products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials.
If any defect in materials or workmanship in product by SECUPRO is identified and notified to us within the warranty period then we will, at our discretion either: repair or replace the product, or take back the product and refund your money.
SECUPRO does not accept any liability beyond this, and does not accept any liability for consequential loss. Our liability under this warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials and was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors or circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) defective installation, maintenance or repair; alteration or modification of the product in a manner not recommended by the manufacturers; or any neglect, misuse or excessive use. This warranty does not extend to, and we are not liable for any damage to articles to which a product is attached or with which it is used, or for the consequences of a product being used for any purpose for which it has not been designed or for use which is not recommended by the manufacturers.
Freight charges relating to warranty items
Warranty repairs or replacements of goods is free of charge however freight charges to the service department is required to be paid by the customer.
